None. Joining is free, always. You only pay when you book: 15% on top of the act’s price, never more than £50. Food trucks are a flat £50.
When you accept a booking. We hold your money safely and only pay the act once the night’s gone ahead. If the night doesn’t happen, you get it all back.
That’s the Backup Promise. We find you a replacement. If we can’t, you get every penny back.
Every act’s profile shows reviews from other venues and what we’ve checked. Need public liability insurance or PAT-tested kit? Tick it when you post the night. Only acts who have it can say yes. Food trucks always need a hygiene rating.

No. No minimum nights, no monthly fee. Book when you want, stop when you want.
We work with pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels across the UK. Acts choose how far they’ll travel, so you only see people who’ll actually come to you.
Not always. Many ask for a meal or a stay. Some charge a fee too. What they’ll post and what they get is agreed in writing before they walk in.
Yes. Say what kind of night it is when you post. Only acts who play private parties or weddings see it. See weddings and parties and functions.
By card or Pay by Bank. Bookings over £1,000 and weddings are paid by Pay by Bank, straight from your bank. Weddings booked more than 90 days ahead are paid as a deposit, then the rest 90 days before.
More than 7 days before, you get the act’s price and travel back. From 7 days to 48 hours before, half comes back to you. Under 48 hours, the act is paid in full. Changed your mind? Cancel within an hour of booking and you get everything back, as long as the night is more than 48 hours away.
No. It’s free to join and we take nothing from your fee. We charge the venue, so you keep every penny of your price.
The venue’s payment is secured before the night and released to you once you’ve played. It’s in your account within two working days of the night. If you’re booked at short notice, it’s three working days after the booking instead.
Videos and a set list, so venues can see you first. Venues say on each night if they need public liability insurance or PAT-tested kit. Add them once and you can say yes to more nights. Food trucks need a food hygiene rating.
Yes. You set your price, the areas you’ll travel to and the nights you’re free. Venues see your price before they ask.
Yes. Invite them on and book through Packed Out. You get paid on time, every time, without chasing.
No. Keep your own bookings and your agent if you have one. Use us to fill the gaps in your diary.
